2020 Branch Elections Information

Branch elections are held every other year, on even-numbered years. To learn how branch elections are conducted, review the Branch Elections Procedures Manual here.  

Please note the following General Membership meetings of the Branch, for the purpose of election of officers and at-large executive committee members. On September 21, 2020 at 7 PM, there will be an election of the Nominating Committee. Members who are current as of 30 days prior are eligible to serve on the Nominating Committee.

On October 19, 2020 at 7 PM, there will be a report of the Nominating Committee, receipt of Nominations by Petition, and election of the Election Supervisory Committee. Nominations for office are only valid for persons whose membership is current as of May 1, 2020.

These two meetings will occur virtually using the following Zoom credentials:
ID: 949 128 2360. No password is needed.

On November 8, from 3 PM to 7 PM, the election of officers and at-large members of the Executive Committee will take place. Members who are current as of 30 days prior may vote. The election will be held virtually using electionbuddy.com. Eligible members will receive further instructions.
