Grow Together | Google and NAACP

Recently, the NAACP New York State Conference announced a groundbreaking partnership with Google called "Grow Together" to increase Black representation in the tech industry. It was apparent before the pandemic and is truer since, that we are moving rapidly into a more digital world, and it is important that our community acquires the skills and finds careers that allows us to take our digital fight where needed.  Next Saturday, February 24th, the NAACP New York State Conference is hosting a reception at the Schomburg Center for Research in Black Culture, 515 Malcolm X Blvd, where hundreds will gather, talk about pathways for our community in tech, and announce 500 scholarships to adults 17 to 45 who are interested in taking career certificate courses.  Please share this with members of your community and encourage them to use the link below to RSVP for this great event.
